A Plethora of Useless Idiots

What a day... the idiots are coming out of the woodwork. Since I'm recuperating from a nasty respiratory infection, I'll just hit some of the lowlights...

First off, our back-stabbing buddy at the UN - Kofi Annus, I mean Annan. Kofi just can't stop beating up on the country that essentially pays his salary. Kofi giving the United States a lecture on democracy is like Michael Moore giving weight loss tips.

"Human rights and the rule of law are vital to global security and prosperity," Annan's text said. When the U.S. "appears to abandon its own ideals and objectives, its friends abroad are naturally troubled and confused," he said.

"The Security Council is not just another stage on which to act out national interests," he said in another jab at Bush."

Oh Kofi you are so right. The Security Council is where people lose their spines and become puppets to terrorist organizations willing to plop over the big $$. Just like you and your little boy - money makes the world go round - to hell with human lives and suffering.

And Kofi couldn't resist a jab at John Bolton. Note to Kofi - you are not worthy enough to lick the dog poo-poo off John Bolton's shoes. Go hang out with Jimmuh Carter - ya'll are like two peas in a pod.

Next up - we have the incoming Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Silvestre Reyes. The terrorists are probably laughing their arses off at this guy...

Al Qaeda is what, I asked, Sunni or Shia?
“Al Qaeda, they have both,” Reyes said. “You’re talking about predominately?”
“Sure,” I said, not knowing what else to say.
“Predominantly — probably Shiite,” he ventured.

And if that wasn't embarrassing enough, he offered up his brilliant assessment of Hezbollah...

And Hezbollah? I asked him. What are they?
“Hezbollah. Uh, Hezbollah...”
He laughed again, shifting in his seat.
“Why do you ask me these questions at five o’clock? Can I answer in Spanish? Do you speak Spanish?”

No Mr. Reyes, this is America. You can't answer in Spanish (at least not yet). I'm glad he thought his lack of basic intelligence was funny. I hope he stops laughing when the terrorists attack us again.

Now on to the battle of 2008. Poor John Kerry - that golden foot in the capped tooth mouth sure is having long term ramifications. You know things are bad when "Splash" Kennedy doesn't back your possible presidential run...

But fret not - we will still have the pasty faced peace meister to make fun of. Yes, Dennis Kucinich, the Socialist Peacemonger, is going to make a complete fool of himself again and run for President. Tell Willie "pothead" Nelson to fire up the canola oil bus and stockpile the 'shrooms cause it looks like the road trip is a go.

Sigh.... I think I'll go take some more Nyquil. Wake me when all of this is over...
