Hello Mr Terrorist - We're Spineless and Stupid...

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee voted for the fake resolution expressing opposition to the President's Iraq plan. The vote was 12-9 with Hagel being the lone "Republican" (I use that term VERY loosely) to stick his head up Biden's rear. Here is what Mr. Plagarism said in his opening remarks...

Let me be absolutely clear from the outset what this resolution is about, what my intentions are, and what it's not about. Our resolution of disapproval is not...an attempt to embarrass the President, it is not an attempt to demonstrate isolation.

I call Bravo Sierra you disgusting worm. The whole point of this resolution is to flex your tiny little muscles and to undermine any success in Iraq. The Dems only plan is to consistently denigrate the President while praying for a failure to hang around the President's neck.

Here's the list of the Senators that have waved the white flag to the terrorists.
ChairmanJoseph R. Biden
Christopher J. Dodd
John F. Kerry
Russell D. Feingold
Barbara Boxer
Bill Nelson
Barack Obama
Robert Menendez
Benjamin L. Cardin
Robert P. Casey Jr.
Jim Webb
Chuck Hagel

At least we know who to point to if the emboldened terrorists attack our country again. Hagel tried to play tough guy today...

"If you wanted a safe job, go sell shoes," said Hagel.
"This is a tough business. But is it any tougher, us having to take a tough vote, express ourselves and have the courage to step up on what we're asking our young men and women to do?"

Spare us the histronics you miserable old goat. You sit in an air conditioned office with all the perks of a well-made man and dare to call what you do "tough"? If you were so tough you would be a man and vote for not continuing the funding instead of a vote on a fake resolution. Keep dreaming about the Oval Office cause that's all it will ever be for you - a dream.

In the meantime, we can take some action and let our voices be heard. A petition to the NRSC has been started. Here's what it says...

If the United States Senate passes a resolution, non-binding or otherwise, that criticizes the commitment of additional troops to Iraq that General Petraeus has asked for and that the president has pledged, and if the Senate does so after the testimony of General Petraeus on January 23 that such a resolution will be an encouragement to the enemy, I will not contribute to any Republican senator who voted for the resolution. Further, if any Republican senator who votes for such a resolution is a candidate for re-election in 2008, I will not contribute to the National Republican Senatorial Committee unless the Chairman of that Committee, Senator Ensign, commits in writing that none of the funds of the NRSC will go to support the re-election of any senator supporting the non-binding resolution.

We can speak with our pocketbooks and wallets since most of the Congress only cares about $$. Here's the link to the petition.

Another thing you can do is email the Senators that had the moral strength to vote against the Resolution and thank them for standing with the President, our Country and our Soldiers.

Our silence is nothing more than a message to those voting for failure that we agree with them. I will not be silent. Will you?
