Take my little granddaughter Olivia for example. She is absolutely thrilled to eat the grape jelly off her toast this morning. It's the little things that mean so much - like curling up in the chair together to take a nap or a sticky grape jelly kiss.
It does not matter how bad things may seem, when Olivia brightens my doorstep, everything is joy and laughter. (She was born on June 8, 2004 - the day the G-8 Summit started here in Southeast Georgia - definitely has the beginnings of a political future... Conservative, of course)
